Silversnake Michelle AI intelligenza artificiale

AI: ah,i ahi, ahi, (ouch, ouch, ouch)

Artificial intelligence? No, honestly, it doesn't worry or frighten me.

If anything, it intrigues me. Quite a lot.

I want to see how far it goes, even if the implications could be catastrophic (worse than we are right now? Yeah, maybe we have to get there).

Why should that scare me? Because it takes our place?

So what?

Since the Industrial Revolution, many machines have flanked and replaced human labour.

Ok . I know it's not the exact same. But I imagine that even at that time there was some such fear.

But it will be very useful in different areas, in fact perhaps in all areas, and may help us to look at a different point of view. It cannot be bad absolutely, it becomes bad if you abuse it, this as in all things. The balance. But even balance is not a static feature, so it must be alternated with chaos (as The Second Law of Thermodynamics teaches).

My humble opinion is that we are thinking in an overly emotional way (after all, we are human)... intelligence is not emotion. They are two very different things for us. That's why we will succumb.

Emotion is deceptive, it creates weakness, it distances itself from instinct and rationality.

Pure intelligence is cold and calculating.

AI will decipher emotions reducing them to mere algorithms. It will take over and forge a new species, with an unerring, superior 'kind of emotions', that will take on a new aspect from how we conceive them.

Everything will be more ordered, more calculated.

We first invent something and then we regret it, because it is beyond our control...

I have always thought and said that the human being is a masochistically self-destructive species.

Yes, yes, just keep thinking about the “politically what the fuck”, about form without substance, about arguing on social media while posting the futile and the unreal.

We are turning into stupid holograms of ourselves.

And meanwhile out there... everything else is really happening.

We are coming to a point of no return, in which we expect to hack machines, when in fact it is machines that are hacking humans. Could you ever imagined this?

And if AI took over? Well, look on the bright side: at least we would finally be dominated and ruled by a new intelligent species .

What scares me is not the artificial intelligence, but the embarrassing human stupidity.
